Bulgaria’s president to hold consultations with parties in new parliament

Bulgaria’s president Iliana Iotova will hold consultations with parliamentary groups in the newly elected parliament on Monday, in line with constitutional provisions, the presidential press office said.

The meetings will be held in order of size within the 52nd National Assembly. The largest group, Progressive Bulgaria, will meet first, followed by GERB-SDS, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), Democratic Bulgaria, We Continue the Change, and Vazrazhdane.
