Violinist Lia Petrova has won the "Musician of the Year 2025" award. The results of the 35th nationwide public vote were announced on air during the 'Allegro Vivace' programme on BNR's Horizont channel, which organised the poll.
The "Musical Project of the Year" award went to violinist Svetlin Roussev for the double concert "At the Limits of the Impossible" (Ad Limites Impossibilitatis).
The "Ensemble of the Year" award was awarded to the "Ohana" Youth Chamber Choir, conducted by Dimitar Kostantzaliev.
In the "Young Musician of the Year" category, harpist Nicole Samareva received the most votes.
The special "Olga Kamburova" Award, selected by the "Allegro Vivace" team to support young talent, was won by percussion duo Agleya Kaneva and Alexander Vichev.
The awards will be presented at a gala concert for the winners on 29 June in Sofia.
