Bulgaria wins two gold and two silver medals at Artistic Gymnastics World Cup

Bulgarian athletes won two gold and two silver medals at the Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup in Varna. David Ivanov brought Bulgaria its first title after triumphing in the pommel horse final. Daniel Trifonov won the second gold medal on the horizontal bar. Trifonov also earned a silver medal in the men’s vault event. Yoan Ivanov claimed the second silver medal on the parallel bars.

Olympic medalist and President of the Bulgarian Gymnastics Federation, Yordan Yovchev, expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Bulgarian gymnasts. According to him, the achieved results are an important step forward and a clear sign that the best is yet to come for the new generation of Bulgarian gymnasts, BNT reported.
