15 students from around the world selected for INSAIT’s SURF program

More than 2,800 applicants from around the world competed for the opportunity to spend their summer at the Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology (INSAIT) at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” Only 15 young people from three continents—Asia, Europe and North America—have been selected, the press centre of the Ministry of Education and Science announced. The participants, who will arrive soon, study at some of the world’s most prestigious universities.

The Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship program (SURF)—is being held for the fourth consecutive year. Thanks to it, the Bulgarian institute has established itself as one of the most popular and sought-after destinations for thousands of top students from around the world, the Ministry of Education and Science noted.
