Bulgarian singer among those selected for Transatlantic Stars Music Program

Bulgarian singer Ruth Koleva has been selected to participate in the first European delegation of the Transatlantic Stars Music Program cultural diplomacy initiative to the United States, she announced on Facebook. According to the singer, among thousands of applicants from all over Europe, only five representatives were invited - from Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark and Portugal. The program is aimed at cultural and musical cooperation between Europe and the United States.

"Bulgaria is there. The Balkans are there," Ruth Koleva wrote, defining her participation as a great recognition for Bulgarian music and the region. In the coming weeks, the singer will participate in events and meetings in Philadelphia, Washington and New York within the framework of the program.
