Warm and sunny weather, with afternoon showers mainly in the mountains

On Wednesday, the lowest temperatures will range between 13°C and 18°C, around 14°C in Sofia. It will be warm and mostly sunny during the day. In the afternoon, cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will develop mainly over Southern Bulgaria, bringing brief showers and thunderstorms. Hail conditions are also possible. Winds will be light to moderate from the west-northwest. Maximum temperatures will range from 28°C to 34°C, around 28°C in the capital city.

Along the Black Sea coast, the weather will be mostly sunny. In the afternoon, cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will develop, and isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected mainly along the southern coast. There will be a light to moderate southeasterly wind. Daytime highs will range between 25°C and 28°C. The seawater temperature is 18–20°C. Sea state around 2 on the Beaufort scale.

It will be mostly sunny in the mountains. Around and after noon, cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will form, bringing brief showers and thunderstorms to many areas. Hail is also possible. Winds will be moderate from the north-northwest. The maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 18°C, at 2,000 meters around 12°C.

On Thursday, the atmosphere will remain unstable. Cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will form, bringing showers and thunderstorms to many areas in the eastern part of the country and in the mountainous regions. Winds will be moderate from the northwest, shifting to north-northeast in eastern areas. Daytime temperatures will drop by 5–6 degrees.
