Bulgaria's largest agricultural expo, BATA AGRO 2026, opens in Stara Zagora

The 18th edition of the specialised agricultural exhibition BATA AGRO opened on Monday at Stara Zagora Airport, running until 5 June. 

Organised by the Bulgarian Association of Agricultural Machinery Traders, the event is the largest forum for Bulgaria's agricultural sector. A total of 214 companies are participating across 36,100 square metres of exhibition space. According to the organisers, visitors will be able to see the latest developments in agricultural machinery, precision farming technologies, drones, irrigation systems, seeds, fertilisers, crop protection products and spare parts.

This year's honorary guest country is Argentina, while Poland has a strong presence with a collective stand representing 14 companies from the sector.

Admission to the exhibition is free, although registration is required either on the BATA AGRO website or on site. The exhibition is open from 09:00 to 18:00 local time, except on the final day (5 June), when it closes at 14:00.
