A total of 150 prominent Bulgarian youth at the age of 11 to 15 are preparing to leave for the international Space Camp in Izmir, Türkiye, where this summer they will undergo intensive scientific and technological training, simulating the real training of astronauts.

Over 300 children from all over the country participated in the competition for participation. The candidates sent their own essays, after which they went through detailed interviews. 10 students receive full (100%) scholarships, 10 have 75% support, 22 have 50% funding, and 43 candidates receive partial scholarships. During their training, they will compete for medals with their peers from all over the world. This was announced to the media by the Center for Creative Training, which has been an official partner of Space Camp since 2003.
