On Thursday, the lowest temperatures will range between 14°C and 18°C, around 15°C in Sofia. It will be mostly sunny during the day. In the afternoon, cumulonimbus clouds will develop, and brief showers and thunderstorms are expected mainly in Western and Central Bulgaria. In mountainous areas, the precipitation will be significant. Hail is also possible. Winds will be light. Maximum temperatures will range between 28°C and 33°C, reaching around 28°C in the capital city.

It will be sunny along the Black Sea coast. In the afternoon, there will be temporary increases in cloud cover, but no rainfall is expected. There will be a light to moderate southeasterly wind. Daytime highs will reach 22°C –26°C. The seawater temperature is 22°C–23°C. Sea state 2 on the Beaufort scale.

In the mountains, the morning will be mostly sunny. Around and after midday, cumulonimbus clouds will develop, bringing short-lived but locally intense showers and thunderstorms in many areas. Precipitation will be significant in the Central Balkan region and the Rilo-Rhodope massif. There will be a light to moderate westerly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be around 20°C, at 2,000 m around 14°C.

On Friday, cool air will begin to move in. Along the passing cold front, the chance of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms will increase, with significant precipitation expected in the eastern part of Northern Bulgaria and in some areas of Southern Bulgaria. Temperatures will drop considerably, with highs between 20°C and 25°C.
