“I always say that it is in the mutual interest of Bulgaria and North Macedonia to move forward on the path toward full EU membership. Both countries have a lot to gain from this”, North Macedonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timco Mucunski said. He is in Sofia for the meeting of the South-East European Cooperation Process, BTA reported.
“I want to assure you that we have the most positive intentions to cooperate in the fields of defence and security, as well as in the economy and education”, the diplomat emphasized.
“We must be honest: trust in enlargement depends on delivery. Merit must matter. Obligations must be respected. The Western Balkans need a European path based on results, not constant postponement”, Timco Mucunski said, as quoted by BGNES.
