Mayor of Cambridge to be special guest at Bulgarian festival in the city

The Mayor of Cambridge, Maria Cleminson, will be a special guest at the fourth edition of the Bulgarian festival-concert “Cambridge Sings and Dances”, which will be held on July 5 in the city. The event aims to build bridges between the Bulgarian diaspora, the local British community and friends of Bulgaria in the United Kingdom and is organized by “Little Bulgaria”, the portal bgben.co.uk of the newspaper “BgBen” reported.

This year’s edition is expected to attract a record number of participants. The presence of Mayor Cleminson and her family is another sign of recognition of the Bulgarian community and its contribution to the cultural life of Cambridge.
