Stars from two generations team up for first collaboration “Luna”

Two artists, each iconic for their own generation — MONA and Lubo Kirov — have recorded a song together for the first time. Titled “Luna” (Moon), the track is an emotional musical story about the inner voice, intuition and the courage to follow one’s dreams. The song brings together two distinct artistic worlds that complement each other in a remarkable way, creating one of the most intriguing musical duets of the year.

“I have always admired Lubo Kirov’s work, and even in my boldest dreams I never imagined that we would work together. This duet was a huge challenge, but also a great honour. I am grateful that Lubo trusted me and showed me what true professionalism and dedication to music mean”, MONA said.

With “Luna”, MONA once again showcases her signature style, writing both the music and lyrics of the song. The arrangement was created by Denis Popstoev, who gave the project its contemporary sound.

MONA is also a special guest on Lubo Kirov’s national tour in Bulgaria, “Futurophonia”, featuring 15 concerts in different cities across the country. The tour began on June 10 in Ruse.
