Border traffic is smooth

Traffic is normal at all border checkpoints in the country, the "Border Police" reports. At the border crossing with Romania "Ruse-Giurgiu", the major repairs in the Bulgarian section of the bridge over the Danube River continue until the end of June and traffic is regulated in one lane.

Repair activities on the "Trakia" motorway in the section near Stara Zagora will continue until July 3. Due to the closure of the entrance to Stara Zagora and the connection to Haskovo at the 208th kilometer, a changed traffic organization has been introduced, which requires the redirection of transit traffic at the road junction near Nova Zagora. Traffic on the "Trakia" motorway in the region of Sliven is carried out with increased caution in several sections due to road infrastructure maintenance activities, the Regional Road Administration at the Road Infrastructure Agency announced.
