Shooting movie about Bulgarian and American pilots from World War II has started

The shooting of the new feature film “Pilots” has begun in the Iskar Gorge, near the village of Vlado Trichkov in Bulgaria. The movie is dedicated to the bombing of Sofia during World War II and the heroism of Bulgarian military pilots.

The film is inspired by the book by Gen. Stoyan Stoyanov “We ​​Defended You, Sofia” and is directed by Anri Kulev. BNT is a co-producer.

Director Anri Kulev pointed out that "Pilots" is not a documentary, but a feature war film that offers an interpretation of historical events.
