Viki Terziyska releases her first solo single ''Kato za posledno''

Known to audiences as Viki from the band Mastilo, Victoriya Terziyska is returning after a hiatus with her first solo single, ''Kato za posledno'' (As If for the Last Time). Her time away from the spotlight coincided with an important chapter in her life – starting a family.

However, she never stopped creating. She continued to jot down ideas, compose melodies and write lyrics, though they had not yet been shared with the public. Speaking about how her first solo song came to life, the singer says:

"I feel that after so many years of working with other people, I somehow want to do something for myself. After motherhood and after dedicating myself to so many causes and issues that mattered to me, I now want to do something just for me."

The music and lyrics were written by Nina Markova. Nina Markova performed several of her own songs for Terziyska, who immediately saw herself in ''Kato za posledno''.

"We women go through so many stages in life – we are mothers, daughters, friends, we take on so many different roles. And I feel that every woman sometimes wants to reconnect with herself. I'm deeply grateful to Nina for this song because I believe both the lyrics and the music say so much about the female soul. And I truly needed to sing a song like this", Viki Terziyska said.

With a clear artistic vision for her music, Viki Terziyska worked with Denis Popstoev on the arrangement, who gave the song its modern, dynamic sound, well suited to the summer season.

''Kato za posledno'' will have its live premiere on 24 July, when Victoriya Terziyska performs it for the first time before an audience at Menthol Club in Varna.
