Temperature will start to fall on Sunday

On Saturday, the lowest temperatures will be between 17 and 21°C. For Sofia, it is expected to be 17°C. During the day it will be sunny and warm. In the second half of the day, cumulus clouds will form and in places there will be thunderstorms. There will be light to moderate easterly wind. The highest temperatures will be between 32 and 37°C. In the capital city it will be around 32°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny with more clouds in the afternoon but no precipitation. There will be light to moderate wind from the east-northeast. Maximum air temperatures will reach 28 to 30°C. Sea water temperature is 24 - 25°C.

In the mountains it will be sunny in the morning. In the afternoon, clouds will form and in places in the massifs of Western Bulgaria, the Rila-Rhodope region and the Central Balkan there will be rain showers. The maximum temperature at 1200 m above sea level will be around 26°; at 2000 m it will be around 19°.

On Sunday, in most of the country the day will start with sunny weather. There will be significant cloudiness and precipitation in the northwestern regions. Temperatures will begin to decline.
