Two films with Bulgarian participation are part of the Venice Film Festival

Two co-productions with Bulgarian participation are included in the selection of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, the organizers announced. The latest film by Georgian director Levan Koguashvili– “Guria” will have a world premiere in the Spotlight competition program, the National Film Center and the producers of “Art Fest” announced. “Guria” is a Bulgarian co-production with the participation of producer Stefan Kitanov and with the support of the National Film Center.

Another film with Bulgarian participation will be shown at the forum, which will be held from September 2 to 12. The film is in the Horizons competition program, the NFC added. "Until the Day Ends " is a production of Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Montenegro. The film by director Jelena Maksimović has been selected and will compete with 18 other films.
