The Eastern Quartet brings classical, jazz and Balkan music to Burgas

The international ensemble The Eastern Quartet will perform in Burgas on July 29, presenting a programme that blends classical music, jazz and Balkan traditions, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reported.

The quartet brings together musicians from Bulgaria, Romania and Switzerland: Romanian violist Sorin Spasinovich, Bulgarian clarinettist Atanas Marinov, Swiss accordionist Serafim von Vera and Swiss pianist and multi-instrumentalist Dominik Blum. The concert begins at 8 p.m. in the courtyard of the Flora Exhibition Centre.
