The government is increasing the prices of vignettes by 30%, effective August 1 of this year. The expected additional revenues are over 22.5 million euros this year and over 54 million euros annually in the following years, the government press service reported.
The annual vignette for cars up to 3.5 tons and camping cars will cost 64.50 euros, the quarterly vignette will be 35.90 euros, the monthly vignette - 19.90 euros, the weekly vignette will be 10 euros, the weekend vignette will cost 6.60 euros, and the one-day vignette - 5.3.
It is pointed out that the vignette fees have not been raised since 2019. The government specifies that the additional resources resulting from the change in the tariff will be invested in major repairs and rehabilitation of class III roads.
