Hot weather to continue over the weekend

On Saturday, lows will range from 15 to 20°C, with Sofia reaching 15°. It will be a sunny day with a light easterly wind, which will become moderate in the eastern regions. Maximum temperatures are expected to reach 31-36°C, 31°C in Sofia and lower along the Black Sea coast.

The Black Sea coast will be sunny with a breeze from the east and north-east. Maximum air temperatures will range from 25 to 30°C. The sea temperature will be 24–25°C. Sea conditions will reach a maximum of 2–3 on the Beaufort scale.

The mountains will be sunny. A moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperature at 1,200 metres above sea level will be around 26°, and at 2,000 metres it will be around 18°.

It will remain hot on Sunday. Maximum temperatures will generally range between 33 and 39°C, and between 29 and 32°C along the Black Sea coast.
