Valdi Totev celebrates his 75th birthday

There are many Bulgarian musicians who have left a lasting mark and songs beloved by generations of Bulgarians, but one of the names that almost everyone who is a bit tempted by music thinks of is that of composer, singer and pianist Vladimir (Valdi) Totev. Although he is among the creators of famous rock band "Faktor", Totev is best known as the pianist of the band "Shturtsite", founded in 1967.

Totev participated in the recordings of 9 albums of the band, but also has his own brilliant solo career.

Valdi Totev is the author of one of the iconic songs performed by thousands of people together with him during the protests in 1989 - "Vdigni ochi".

The reason we remind you of the song again is the fact that today its composer celebrates his 75th anniversary. We sincerely wish him good health and that the inspiration to create unforgettable music does not leave him!
