Support for Bulgaria's main political parties has remained broadly unchanged during the first 100 days of Prime Minister Rumen Radev's government, according to a Gallup International Balkan poll.
The ruling Progressive Bulgaria (PB) continues to enjoy the support it received in the latest parliamentary election, polling 42.3% and maintaining a wide lead over GERB-SDS on 12%. We Continue the Change (PP) ranks third with 7.6%, followed by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) with 7%.
The survey also found that 48.4% of respondents trust President Rumen Radev, while 42% expressed confidence in the government. Trust in parliament has also risen, reaching 20.2%.
At the same time, the government's foreign policy drew criticism from 52% of those surveyed. Of them, 33.5% said the government had failed to strike the right balance between Bulgaria's international commitments and public sentiment at home, while 18.5% believed the country was sending mixed messages to its allies and international partners.
