“Moments from Bulgaria” photography competition to showcase the country’s beauty

The Ministry of Tourism has announced a photography competition, “Moments from Bulgaria”, to showcase favorite places, landscapes, traditions and experiences from across the country. The winning photographs will be featured on the institution’s façade windows and used for the purposes of national tourism advertising.

The aim of the competition is to highlight Bulgaria’s beauty, diversity, and spirit through both popular tourist attractions and destinations, as well as lesser-known corners.

Each participant may submit up to five photographs in the following categories:

“People and Traditions” – customs, folklore, crafts, and authentic experiences;

“Places and Heritage” – cultural and historical sites, architecture, cities, villages, and iconic tourist destinations;

“Nature and Inspiration” – mountains, the sea, lakes, rivers, natural landmarks, and landscapes.
