Bulgaria starts EuroVolley with a convincing victory

The Bulgarian men's national team started its European Volleyball Championship participation with a victory. In Sofia, the national team won 3–0 (25–17, 25–19, 25–18) against North Macedonia.

"We played point-for-point until the midway mark of all three sets. We outperformed our opponent in the closing stages, which speaks to our quality. I’m happy," Aleksandar Nikolov commented.

The national team’s next match is against Portugal, scheduled for Friday at 7:00 PM, again in Sofia.
