Yellow code for intense rainfall, mainly in Western Bulgaria

On Saturday, the lowest temperatures will range between 16°C and 20°C. There will be clouds in some eastern areas in the morning but will quickly break up and dissipate. Cumulus clouds will develop over the western half of the country and there will be brief, temporarily intense rainfall and thunderstorms. The highest temperatures will range from 26°C to 28°C; in the capital - around 27°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be predominantly sunny. Cloud cover will increase from the west in the evening, though precipitation remains unlikely. The highest temperatures will range from 27°C to 29°C and the sea water temperatures is 24–25°C.

In the mountains, significant clouds will form. In the afternoon, brief but intense rainfall and thunderstorms are expected across the massifs of Western and Central Bulgaria. There will be moderate to strong west-northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 24°C; while at 2,000 meters it will be around 15°C.

On Sunday, more clouds will form, bringing brief showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will drop, ranging between 23°C and 28°C.
