Heavy traffic at Kapitan Andreevo border crossing

Traffic is heavy for trucks heading to Türkiye at the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing, Border Police reported. Passenger car traffic entering Bulgaria at the crossing is also intense.

Traffic is flowing normally at Bulgaria's other border crossings with Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Romania.

Two people died and 26 were injured in 20 road accidents across the country over the past 24 hours, the Traffic Police reported.
