Border Police report intense truck traffic at the Kapitan Andreevo and Lesovo border crossings with Türkiye. On Sunday evening, the queue of trucks waiting to enter Türkiye stretched for approximately 18 km between Svilengrad and the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing. Border Police attributed the congestion to increased trade volumes in recent days, noting that the crossing’s maximum capacity is over 700 trucks per 24 hours. Traffic flow remains normal at the country's border crossings with Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Romania.

On Monday, September 28, the operating schedule of the Nikopol–Turnu Măgurele ferry will be disrupted between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. due to a mechanical issue with the “Europa” ship.
