Welcome to Bulgaria Today, the English-language podcast of Radio Bulgaria, the international service of the BNR, on October 6 hosted by Rositsa Petkova.
In today’s programme, we’ll bring you the latest news from Bulgaria, including reports of drone attacks on two ships in the Black Sea, as well as a look at Bulgaria’s support for a new international initiative promoting science and responsible use of artificial intelligence. We’ll also bring you the latest weather forecast and sports news, including the growing international interest in the Sofia Marathon
Later in the programme, we’ll meet six young volunteers from different countries who spent 40 days in Sofia, working to make the city cleaner, more attractive and more welcoming.
We'll end the programme with Bulgarian folk music – a traditional Bulgarian rachenitsa dance this time.
