Sunny weather with temperatures reaching 30°C expected on Friday

Tomorrow the weather in Bulgaria will be predominantly sunny, although cloud cover will increase from the west, with isolated showers in parts of western Bulgaria by evening. Winds will be light to moderate from the west-northwest.

Minimum temperatures will range between 8°C and 13°C, dipping slightly lower in some areas of western and central Bulgaria, with around 8°C in Sofia.

Maximum temperatures will be between 25°C and 30°C, reaching around 26°C in Sofia.

In the mountains, sunny weather will prevail, but cloud cover will increase during the day, with isolated showers by evening in some areas of the mountain ranges in western and central Bulgaria. Moderate west-northwesterly winds are expected. Maximum temperatures will be around 20°C at an altitude of 1,200 metres and around 13°C at 2,000 metres.

Along the Black Sea coast, it will be predominantly sunny, with light south-southwesterly winds. Maximum temperatures will range from 22°C to 26°C, while sea water temperatures will be between 19°C and 20°C.

The western parts of the Balkans will be cloudy, with rain in many areas. In the eastern part of the peninsula, the morning will be predominantly sunny, but cloud cover will increase there during the day as well.

Temperatures will reach 29°C in Bucharest, 28°C in Athens, 24°C in Belgrade and 23°C in Istanbul.
