Protest under the slogan "Your peace is capitulation!" outside the Presidency

A protest is scheduled outside the presidential building in Sofia at 6.30 pm tonight under the slogan "Your peace is capitulation! Your diplomacy is isolation!"

The demonstration, organised through social media, comes amid a series of incidents in the Black Sea, including attacks on merchant ships and reports of Russian drones near national borders. Organisers say these developments call for more decisive action to protect Bulgaria.

"We want a country capable of defending itself. We want a government that recognises threats, acts decisively and works shoulder to shoulder with our allies in the EU and NATO. For years, Bulgaria has drifted without a clear direction – in geopolitics, defence, healthcare and education," the organisers wrote in their call for the protest.
