Cloudy weather with rain in Northern Bulgaria

On Wednesday, the lowest temperatures will range from 4°C to 9°C, 11°C along the Black Sea coast, in Sofia around 5°C. It will be mostly cloudy, with rain mainly in northern Bulgaria and the far eastern parts of the country. Light to moderate northwesterly winds will prevail, turning northerly in eastern Bulgaria and along the Struma Valley. Maximum temperatures will range from 8°C to 13°C, around 10°C in the capital city.

The Black Sea coast will be cloudy, with light rain. Light to moderate winds, predominantly from the north, are expected. Daytime highs will range from 15°C to 17°C. The seawater temperature is 17°C-18°C. Sea state 2-3 on the Beaufort scale.

It will be mostly cloudy in the mountains. Snow is expected mainly in the Balkan Range, Vitosha, Rila and Pirin mountains, with rain below 1,500-1,700 metres. Moderate to strong northeasterly winds will blow. Maximum temperatures will be around 6°C at an altitude of 1,200 metres and around 0°C at 2,000 metres.

The weather will be mostly cloudy on Thursday, with rain mainly in northern Bulgaria and the eastern regions. On Friday, rainfall will spread to more parts of the country and become heavier.

Moderate northwesterly winds are expected, becoming temporarily strong in eastern Bulgaria. Minimum temperatures will range from 7°C to 12°C, while maximum temperatures will reach 12°C-17°C.
