Karlos Nasar wins fourth world title and sets three world records

Karlos Nasar, Bulgaria’s Sportsperson of the Year for the past two years, has won his fourth world weightlifting title, taking gold in the men’s 95 kg category in Ningbo, China.

The 22-year-old Bulgarian set three world records, lifting 185 kg in the snatch and an impressive 230 kg in the clean and jerk for a total of 415 kg, Sportal.bg reports.
