Bulgarian Patriarch Neophyte is in hospital

Bulgarian Patriarch Neophyte has been hospitalized in the Military Medical Academy because of a lung disease. The information was announced by the office of the Holy Synod on the website of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church.

"We call on the clergy and the faithful God-loving people to wholeheartedly pray for the speedy recovery and restoration of the Patriarch of our Church, as well as to accept as reliable only the information announced by the Holy Synod," the message reads.
