Major repairs on the Danube Bridge near Ruse resume

As of January 8, the major repair works on the Danube Bridge near Ruse will resume. Construction activities are scheduled to restart at around 8:00 a.m. on a 320-meter section of the roadway in the direction toward Bulgaria.

On December 17, work on the site was temporarily suspended to allow unrestricted passage of all types of vehicles across the bridge during the expected heavy holiday traffic.
