Night skiing opens in Bulgaria's Borovets resort

Night skiing in the Borovets resort complex in Rila Mountain starts on January 15, the resort announced on its official website. Night skiing will take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until the snow cover increases. It will be open from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. At the moment, the snow cover is about 40 centimeters. The lifts are also working.

This Saturday, the winter resort will celebrate the World Snow Day. There will be free skiing and snowboarding lessons for children who want to make their first steps in winter sports. The winter tourist season in Borovets opened on December 27.

This year, the Borovets complex celebrates 130 years since it was declared a resort.
