Year-on-year inflation in Bulgaria stands at 3.3%, NSI data shows

Bulgaria’s monthly inflation, measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was 0.4% in February from January, final National Statistical Institute (NSI) data showed. Annual inflation in February 2026, compared with February 2025, was 3.3%. In the euro area, annual inflation is estimated at 1.9% for February 2026, according to Eurostat.

Over the past three years, cumulative inflation measured by the CPI reached 11.1%, while over the past five years it stood at 41.8%.
