Bulgaria’s caretaker government has asked the Constitutional Court to rule on the constitutionality of a parliamentary decision obliging it to submit a bill on Bulgaria’s accession to Trump's Peace Board, the court said.
Under a resolution adopted on March 13, parliament instructed the government to present a bill to ratify Bulgaria’s accession as a founding member of the body, established at the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump.

The accession document was signed by outgoing Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, but cannot take effect without ratification by parliament.
