President Iotova opens the 3rd edition of the International Cyrillic Forum

“Letters remember, and they outlive us. Artificial intelligence without our letters and our words is just a lifeless machine”. With these words President Iliana Iotova opened the 3^rd edition of the International Cyrillic Forum titled “Spiritual Heritage in the Digital Age”, BTA reported. She explained that the forum’s aim is to give voice to an extremely ancient culture and to highlight Bulgarian and Slavic studies worldwide.

“Words shape our world and our worldview”, President Iotova emphasized. “Through them we love and we quarrel, although I am convinced that all of us want to remove hatred from our vocabulary”, Iliana Iotova added. “Words bridge the centuries. Our ancestors spoke using the same expressions, verbs, nouns and adjectives”, Bulgaria’s head of state further said.
