At Eurovision 2026, DARA counts on the support of Bulgarians across Europe

Bulgaria’s Eurovision Song Contest entrant, DARA, is seeking the support of Bulgarians living abroad. “I have met many Bulgarians around the world and I know how strong their connection to Bulgaria is. This contest is not just for me, it's for our country. I would be very happy to feel their support”, the singer said after a meeting at the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad, held at the institution’s invitation, BNT and BGNES reported.

The agency maintains contact with more than 1,000 organizations in 52 countries and believes that, with proper coordination, broad support can be mobilized”, its director Rayna Mandzhukova said. She added that DARA’s song “Bangaranga” will be promoted through the most important structures and communities of Bulgarians abroad, such as Sunday schools and folklore groups, as well as through social media.
