Constitutional Court admits the decision on the Board of Peace for consideration

The Constitutional Court admitted for consideration the case at the request of the caretaker government for establishing unconstitutionality of the decision of the National Assembly of March 13, 2026, by which the government undertakes to submit to parliament a draft law on the ratification of Bulgaria's accession as a founding state to the Statute of the Board of Peace, established at the initiative of the United States. This was reported by BTA, referring to the court's press center, recalling that the referral to the Constitutional Court was announced by caretaker Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov.
