The future regular government of Rumen Radev should develop, together with social partners, a long-term income policy programme, said Caretaker Minister of Labour and Social Policy Hasan Ademov in an interview with Nova TV. Social benefits should be preserved, stressed Hasan Ademov. In his words, Bulgaria is among the leaders in labour market inequality.

“These inequalities are among the reasons for the existence of the ‘working poor’, not periodic increases in social payments”, Hasan Ademov said. He added that any cuts in the state administration should be preceded by a thorough analysis.

Hasan Ademov noted that inflation is the result of developments in the surrounding environment. “It is difficult to combat it through the distribution of money”, Caretaker Minister of Labour and Social Policy Hasan Ademov said.
