BSP believes the parliament has become illegitimate due to party selfishness

This is the only government that has failed to generate a single corruption scandal in more than a year. The resignation of the government after the protests is already a fact, said BSP leader Atanas Zafirov at the political consultations with the president after the government's resignation.
"In terms of statesmanship, our participation in the government is satisfactory, but in terms of narrow party terms - not. The immaturity of the political system and party selfishness led to the parliament losing legitimacy. There is no way this parliament can form any type of government and we will not participate in such talks," said Zafirov.
We support machine voting, but not in the way the votes are counted. Some of our voters also insist on paper voting, emphasized the resigned Deputy Prime Minister and added that they have consistently defended the adoption of the first state budget in euros.
